When we started our fence company, we did not have a big team and were truly a skeleton crew. We started small and put a focus on learning about the industry and what goes into making it a success. With these humble beginnings, the team at Northern Fence branched out and started to expand our team. However, that same commitment remained. Every new hire for our team goes through learning at our headquarters and in the field to ensure they understand the level of work we expect. They are all OSHA 30 certified. From cleaning up on the site to learning the ropes on how to lay a straight fence line, we invest in our employees.
